Privacy Policy — ArfiFit

ArfiFit is a workout planner and training diary built with your privacy in mind. This policy explains what little data the app uses and how it is handled.

1. Data Stored on Your Device

Your workouts, exercises, plans, completed sets, and optional profile details (height, weight, and sex) are stored only on your iPhone using Apple's on-device storage. ArfiFit works offline and does not sync this information to any server or account.

2. AI-Powered Workouts

ArfiFit includes an optional AI coach that can generate a workout for you. When — and only when — you ask it to create a plan, the app sends the choices you made for that request (the training focus and target duration) and, if you have filled them in, your height, weight, and sex. Each request also includes an anonymous device identifier: a random value stored in your device's Keychain that lets us limit how many requests can be made and prevent abuse. It is not tied to your name, your Apple ID, or any account.

This information is sent over an encrypted connection to ArfiFit's server and to OpenAI, which generates the workout plan that is returned to you. It does not include your name, email, or any account details (ArfiFit has none), it is never used to advertise to you, and it is not sold to anyone. If you never use the AI coach, none of your data leaves your device.

3. No Tracking or Analytics

ArfiFit does not track you. There are no analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers, and no crash-reporting services. The app does not build a profile of you or follow you across other apps or websites.

4. No Account Required

ArfiFit has no sign-up and no login. You do not provide an email, a phone number, or any account to use the app.

5. No Ads or In-App Purchases

ArfiFit is free. There are no ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. The AI coach includes a small number of free uses each month.

6. Data Deletion

You are always in control of your data. You can remove all of your workouts and logs at any time from Settings → Clear workout data. Deleting the app from your iPhone removes all of its data, including your profile, from your device.

7. Children's Privacy

ArfiFit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
